Flowbox

Project description:

Assets area: flowbox, wire section, constantteil, vacuumsytem, ventilation.

DCS: About 600 I/O’s new and about 280 I/O’s will be removed.

Specifications: Interfacing of the new FC‘s via CAN bus and profibus to the field controller. (Honeywell)

Tasks:

Verifying of the on-site status in the departments DCS, control engineering, electro-technics.

The functions for the areas were developed in cooperation with the technical and production staff of the customer

Program implementation of the required functions.

Interface definition and connection of the new functions to the remaining logik and to the QCS for the flowbox.

Training of the customer staff
