Process description:
A conveying plant with coloursortstorage, which connects the grinding plant with two different varnishing plants will be expanded with a bypass line This bypass line includes five transport belts, one ident system and one elevator. There the damaged bodies will be manually retreated and afterwards joined again into the automatic process.
Tasks:
Project management
Creation of the specifications together with the customer.
Specification of the electrical components especially to avoid injury of the operators, to reach high availability.
Hardware engineering, construction and delivery of all control cabinets and local panels including the installed components.
Program implementation of the required functions.
Start-up, optimisation and connection to the event collection system of the customer.
