Project description:
Different car types need different hanger adjustment to place them on the hanger. After discharging the bodys also the position of the hanger arms has to be adjusted. By servo drives, the support arms are adjusted on the hangers according to the production requirements.

Project management
Creation of the specifications together with the customer.
Specification of the electrical components especially to avoid injury of the operators, to reach high availability.
Hardware engineering, construction and delivery of all control cabinets and local panels including the installed components.
Program implementation of the required functions.
Start-up,optimization and connection to the event collection system of the customer.
